"This was one of the nicest hotels in Europe we have been too. The staff was super helpful, the hotel was very clean, very spacious and good view of the view. We loved that the hotel was set up for us with the baby cot and high chair. We were very impressed. The only thing we didn’t care for was the charge for the kitchen, if you wanted to cook they would charge you to turn on the power. We would also liked a gym or pool but either way it was amazing and would come back to stay with them."

"Window felt like it was coming out of the wall, mildew and stains on shower curtain, no mention of not having a lift, moveable closet was falling apart on the bottom, BED SAGGED SO BAD IN THE MIDDLE THAT MY HUSBAND AND I COULD NOT SLEEP BECAUSE WE WERE FALLING INTO EACH OTHER, window blinds would not go up, owner never answered emails, WiFi password was not there but was promised, at least five sirens during the night, not enough toilet paper. I have pictures to back all of this up. Unless you...

"Absolutely Horrible Experience – Dirty, Unsafe and Zero Customer Service!
Our experience at SwissStar Irchel was absolutely horrible, with serious safety hazards in the room. Room 404 was extremely cramped and could not accommodate 3 people. Dangerously sharp furniture and fixtures around the bed. Even more disturbing, extremely sharp hooks directly above the headboard, right where someone could easily hit their head. It is completely unacceptable for sharp metal fixtures to be positioned...

"The location is excellent except the street the hotel is on is undergoing construction work underground and is all torn up. It can be noisy Monday thru Friday.
It’s easy walking distance to just about anywhere you want to go in Zurich.
The rooms are very basic , not fancy. Not many power outlets. Only one pillow per person and one towel Beds are ok.
Staff is excellent and eager to help in any way. Vegetarian breakfast is okay. Coffee and tea are available free all day
