"Staff seemed miserable, but we enjoyed our stay. Food was good too!
The paid parking sucked but only because it was a small one way route and people kept parking at the entrance/exit so you were blocked from leaving and entering. Also ran our of parking spots. Even though you have a paid parking pass to park there.
Liked their self serving snack booth. I let my child pay for her own drinks. So cute."

"It’s cheap and decently clean. Airport shuttle only took about 15 min even though the front desk said 45. She did not understand English on the phone very well though and got frustrated and hung up on my husband. Bed was comfy, breakfast looked like mostly white bread and yogurt so we skipped it. Close to airport and port."

"The hotel was conveniently located and the luggage storage was very helpful. The staff were friendly and the restaurant was good. The rooms were clean and beds were fine unless you had to sleep on the pull out couch. I made our youngest do that because they bounce back sooner! The cost for the weekend was way more than Monday so I might choose a different hotel next time. But it fit our needs and was roomy enough for the 5 of us for one night."

"Front desk service is extremely slow and they aren’t very friendly. All of the treadmills were not working nor could the maintenance man fix them.
They charge guests for parking. The breakfast is average at best. Very disappointing.
The best experience was being serviced by a man named Raymond at breakfast. "
