"Our rooms looked nothing like the photo’s on here. The carpets had huge stains on them and the furniture was dated and beat up. Our window would not open and the frame was rotting. Our bathroom was dark and the shower would sporadically turn burning hot to freezing cold. The women’s toilets in the bar area had multiple out of order signs on the doors and the one I was able to use had a huge hole in the wall where tiles were missing and broken. "The room was clean and comfortable, but could do with a little TLC. Nothing bad with the room, just a few bits that could do with a spruce up, like the shower as an example. Staff were great, all really friendly and helpful. WiFi was also good. "

"The property seems to be in need of some renovation. The staff were very nice and enjoyed a laugh and joke. Breakfast was good. But at 7-30am way too early. The locals that were in there were more than happy to talk to us. Parking very difficult. Overall a better stay than we expected."
