"Checked into my room, honestly could not believe the room I was given when I walked in. Very outdated and dusty, lots of webs and spiders in corners of ceiling with a damp musty smell every time you walk in. Peeled walls in corners from dampness. Bathroom was quite nice and clean but very low pressure water in the shower. Spa facilities were quite pleasant and enjoyable, although the changing rooms could be cleaned thoroughly. "We only spent one night but loved the hotel. The location is great. Plenty of bars, restaurants and shops a few minutes walk away and a beautiful park opposite. The rooms were very clean and spacious. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Lots of seating in the lounge. On arrival by car, you hand over your key and your car is parked and luggage delivered to your room which is a nice touch. Would highly recommend"

"The room was fine, good size, clean, everything in working order. However, the room was extremely hot with no air conditioning and there was a lot of noise from outside. Staff were very helpful, allowed us to check in early but unable to change our room to reduce heat or noise as the hotel was full. Breakfast was good, plenty of choice."
