"We arrived at the property and it was a self check in and all was well. However our room was in a terrible state.Tye beddings looked like there weren’t washed for awhile.the bedsheet had dirty obvious marks on it which were really disgusting.we called the owner as she was in contact to give us clean beddings and resolve the problem.we sent the photos of dirty beddings to her as well.she said she was going to come shortly, we waited for 30 minutes,she didn’t turn up and she didn’t take our call...

"This is a no frills place. If you’re looking for a cheap night or two, especially close to Excel, this is ideal. Everything is functional. Cleanliness could do with a little ramp up for my taste, but it was disgusting or anything like that. Walls are thin so you can hear other guests coming and going. Mattress on the bed wasn’t the best quality but I did sleep well. I would consider staying again because of the price point. As long as your not expecting the Ritz for what your paying it does the...
