"I do not recommend this property at all for several reasons. This is basically a student flat above a kebab shop. - we arrived at 7pm (despite communicating we would arrive at 6pm) and the keys were not in the lock box as the “cleaner was still there”. "NEEDS IMPROVING. The location was fantastic, however there are several things that need work and whoever cleans the flat would know this. The freezer section of the refrigerator is one solid block of ice, pushing open the freezer door. It's so bad that a person needs to make sure the fridge door is closed. The shower hose and drain need attention. The drain gets plugged immediately. The bed is the absolute WORST bed I have ever slept on. I bet the mattress is several decades old. You feel...

"Disappointed with room, cold - one radiator didn’t appear to work and one needed reprogramming in order to get warmth. The duvet was thin meaning we were cold during the night, and the bed was uncomfortable, so much so we nearly got up and drove home. Shower had black mould on head & pipe. There was a dirty towel, wedged behind the door on the bathroom floor. I went to use a beaker and saw that it was stained so gave up using anything in the kitchen."

"Very convenient location, as was there for the weekend for an event at motorpoint. Room was fairly clean, few aspects that could've been improved but was a bit better than I expected for student halls. I stayed on 6th Floor and still was quite noisy from the surrounding bars nearby."
