"Never will stay here again. Don't believe website page. Pictures are very misleading. Breakfast was cold (eggs and sausage) Tried calling the front desk which you could not use phone in room. Phone was flashing that there was a message of course, you could not get it to play or even get a dial tone. Worst place every stayed."

"While using the text option to ask questions, the staff member took a long time to respond and was rude. The room. Was clean and in good condition, however, the spa tub that was in my room was dirty! Cleaned it out my self prior to using it. "

"This was not a Good stay. Too many bday parties going on both days we were there.. kids running around and the parents drinking and not paying attention. Couldn’t even get in the hot tub or pool.. we won’t be back.. breakfast wasn’t the best and that mad apple really sucked. Staff was pleasant enough. "

"I was above the pool area and you could hear a vibration type of sound coming from below all night long. The hotel and staff are great, but do some about the noise. I wouldn’t want to be near the pool again "

"U booked us a 2 queen room and we payed for a jacuzzi room. Luckily they had 1 room left . I had to pay xtra 30bucks too which was bogus. Not the hotel fault its all on expedia"

"Perfect location for everything we wanted to do while visiting. Definitely will be staying again! "

"We had a terrible time at this property. Our key for our room repeatedly stopped working and we had to go to the desk constantly for new keys. By our second night, we had no keys for our room. We were placed in the middle of a renovation (rooms being renovated all around us. We were walking over drywall and debris to get to our room. The gentlemen working on the rooms were kind, but often in our way as we were coming and going. The tv in our room did not work."

"Facility was under construction, probably due to outdated rooms. Plumbing backed up while trying to dress for wedding shower. Instead of fixing, provided us with a working bathroom down the hall. Very disappointing. "
