"I enjoyed my stay. I liked the flooring, made me feel like the room was cleaner. The only downside was you could hear the people up above you more. The staff was very amazing friendly and 1 even complemented me on my dress. That was very nice. Most staff wouldn't have noticed. Thank you very having a wonderful staff. Even the house keeping staff would speak to you 1st."

"The included small watermark was definitely the highlight of our stay. Our kids really enjoyed it. They do allow the public to use the waterpark so after 12pm it does get pretty busy, at least on a Saturday. Breakfast was the standard free breakfast. My biggest complaint is the beds. They were all so hard and uncomfortable. The pull up couch mattress was like a sheet over hard metal springs."

"Great stay for me and my teen as we tour colleges. Quiet, comfy bed, courteous staff. The pool is small but clean and good temp for a morning swim before we hit the road again. Would stay here again!"

"We checked in and immediately found a needle (things drugs) and a pacifier in the middle of the floor. The employee offered to give us a free night some other time. I’ll lever go back to this hotel. It’s full of rude people that obviously live there. Pathetic. We had such a great experience the first time we stayed here. This last time was so disappointing. Go anywhere else. The hot tub in our room was amazing, that’s the only good thing I have to say about this place."

"I appreciated the price provided through Expedia, however; I asked for a one hour extension of my room so I didn't have to be at airport so early the day of check out. The staff said it would cost me an additional $50 (half the price of the one night stay I benefited via Expedia)so I opted to go to airport the extra hour...it would have been more fair at $25."

"It was clean well kept the room did have damage on the ceiling and on a door but other wise it was nice."

"The pool area is great but you could tell it was not swept daily. There were leaves all over the floor umbrella for tables. Most time we used the hot tub or pool the were no clean towels. Our room was great except that there was take out food in the microwave when we arrived and dirt wash rags still in the bathroom. I brought it to management attention and it was taken care of right away along with the clogged tub and bathroom sink."

"The hotel is close to the interstate and ATW airport. The staff was polite and helpful. The building and room shows a lot of wear and tear. The 2 upholstered chairs in the room were quite dirty / stained."

"No hotel staff had to go next door to register. No coffee or breakfast. Outside entry rooms. Very noisy at 5 am perhaps when road worker were blasting music and speaking right outside our room"
