"Rooms clean, fairly basic and comfortable. Breakfast had plenty of choices except in fresh fruit.
The location seemed good for shopping, there were shops close by in walking distance. We were sorry that we didn’t get to shop. Almost everything closes early."
"Booked through Expedia, and when we got there to check in, they upcharged us to double the amount we booked it for. They required us to sign a slip, so we had to pay for it or have no room. "
"After signing an affidavit that I would not smoke in the hotel room I opened the door to a room smelling like marijuana smoke. My kids found blood on the shower wall and there was clearly mold on the grout.
The breakfast was awful, the fried eggs were literally hard and the sausage was not edible. It was honestly the worse hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I get it’s a comfort suites but come on, do better."
"I do not recommend this hotel at all! Very dirty. The shower was not clean, still had leftover soap in the soap tray from the previous customers. Soap scum on shower walls and the tub looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. Cobwebs hanging from the ceiling. Nothing was clean in this room except for the sheets. The bed spread smelled like mold. The pillows are flat and old. Everything was dusty/dirty. There are people living in this motel who obviously look like something from the Hills...
