"This was a historic resort in a beautiful garden location, located close to the old town of Key West. The staff was extremely helpful and the place was clean, quiet, I’m relaxing. I would definitely stay here again in the future and recommend it to anyone visiting Key West."

"Air condition was too loud, I could not sleep at night. When we turned it off we still heared all other air conditioners from other rooms. Also, I did not like entrance to room from outside."

"No fresh coffee at a Resort Hotel is preposterous. A select few of the staff choose to be rude to patrons, which is odd as most are great."
