"it marked as 4.5 star hotel but actually not. the room service need to book ahead, if you don't call, then nobody come to clean your room. there's no self parking, only valet parking available and charges another $55, remember to bring extra car keys if you used to control your car with your phone, cause if you don't have the key, you have to park by yourself but they will still charge your valet parking fee. "Our room was spacious, but of course we paid nearly $3000 for it so I would expect that. I liked the daily housekeeping as well as the full kitchen in our townhouse. I wished the hotel would’ve provided free water bottles in our room. That would’ve been a nice amenity to enjoy for the price we paid. As far as criticisms go, the toilet paper roll is not adequately positioned in the master bathroom. It was very uncomfortable to roll out. Also the shower is definitely needing to be updated.
