"This is a pretty basic HoJo. Not fancy. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were fine. The location was wonderful! Right across from Mystic Village, Mystic Aquarium, surrounded by restaurants, and close to downtown Mystic/Mystic Seaport attractions. The only negative I'd say was the pressure we felt from housekeeping to be out of our room when it wasn't even 11am yet. It was 10:55 and my son had forgotten his hoodie in our room (I had intended to go back in for a final room check...

"Upon arrival receptionist had an attitude rushed us through and stated there would be no cleaning service the next day. View in room was looking at a trailer park. Bathroom was disgusting. Mold on ceiling and walls, wallpaper coming off, tub had something can't explain in it wouldn't use it. Beds totally uncomfortable. For $600 stay away rather have stayed at motel 8. Saying the rating was excellent was far from stated don't waste your money."

"Room was all renovated besides the bathroom. Bathroom was completely outdated compared to the rest of the room. Thought that was weird because when we booked we saw an all renovated room with a renovated sink which we thought was the bathroom but they left the photos out of the toilet and shower. Also had ants climbing up and down the walls and we called the front desk and they said they would let management know and they did absolutely nothing about it. Besides that it gave us a place to stay...
