"We had an absolutely wonderful weekend getaway! The cottage was impeccably clean and cozy. It was perfectly appointed with modern amenities, yet it still retained its classic coastal charm. Waking up to breathtaking views of the water right from our room was the highlight of the trip. The innkeepers were incredibly accommodating. A huge bonus for us was the kayaks on the property. The availability of clean lifejackets was a plus. We can’t wait to go back and relax."

"Room was not very convenient for family of 4. Room only had 1 chair. Sofa bed was not prepared with any linens. Room service was only every other day but only 1 door hook in bathroom to hang wet towels."

"Rooms and lobby area and hallway were pretty clean. Decor could use a refresh and landscaping needs improvement. Staff seemed friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast was ok but could use more cereal choices, and some vegan options (almond or soymilk etc). Use of disposable cups, plates, bowls and utensils makes the hotel seem cheap and wasteful. Is it that difficult to put plates, mugs and utensils in a dishwasher?"

"I was in a room at the end of a hall. This room was directly above where they were power washing some stuff. Which was a power washer that was in a box truck, not your everyday washer. It’s was insanely loud and vibrated the wall and window. This went on until after midnight."

"A good location. Reserved the suite which suited us well. We had a light out in the bathroom that took a while to get fixed. Hotel is under renovations which we were not notified of until a week before so no time to find another place. Breakfast was good, staff was friendly."

"I'm sorry to say this hotel is aweful. The attendant was great so that was a silver lining. She tried to find a room that didn't smell so strongly of smoke. The room initially looked clean but we found hair balls and other "stuff" on the floor. The blanket had cigarette burn holes, see picture. When you walk barefoot you had to clean your feet, it needed to be mopped. There's also people living in rooms for extended periods, plants, bbq grill etc. They're trying to do some things around the...

"Good value for money. We stayed 9 days in total and felt very confortable and safe. Room, fridge, microwave, and sheets were clean. Room interior also looks nice."

"There were stairs at each entrance so luggage had to be carried, no ramp. Everything was pretty old looking although clean enough. The WiFi was pathetically slow and difficult to connect to. The breakfast started at 7:00 which was too late for me, I had to leave each morning at seven. It’s not terrible but I’m used to better."

"You get what you pay for. Both the property and the room were dingy, dirty, things were broken, etc. Room smelled like cigarettes after we requested a nonsmoking room. Staff were very friendly and nice."
