"Good location, friendly staff, easy to find delicious foods around the neighborhood"

"Overall property great, staff on arrival for breakfast at door not very helpful with the broken coffee machine and my cup of coffee I tried making. By doing half her job caused an ateration with another customer over who's coffee was ready on the machine"

"Everything was amazing. From the very first interaction to the very last farewell. The host always responds to my questions promptly. Provided assistance with transportation to and from train station. Had welcome drink and snacks for us. Room was spotless and very comfortable, location was awesome as well. Situation very close to the river. Short walk to everything. Would definitely recommend to others."

"Overall good "

"el baño de la habitación era muy feo y viejo al punto q decidimos de cambiar de hotel. el personal era correcto"

"First off, the address is wrong. It directs you to JOMO hotel in another town that is not Fenghuang. We got in late at night and had to spend an hour sorting this out with our Taxi driver’s help. The hotel is right next to a nightclub so the music is blasting in your room. Don’t expect to get any sleep because it’s so loud that it almost feels like you are sleeping in a nightclub. This is not a 3.5 star hotel. I’m not sure how it got this rating. This definitely feels like a 1 star motel....

"Great stay with exceptional breakfast staff! We had a wonderful stay! A special thank you to the lovely ladies serving breakfast—they were extremely helpful, attentive, and provided incredible service every morning. Their warmth made our stay extra special. Highly recommended!"
