Such a beautifully appointed accomodation, the views were exceptional. Communication was excellent and we were able to check in 1 hour early. Lovely hotel and staff - very clean and friendly

What a find! I am almost reluctant to review this very special place but it's safe to say you will not regret booking on of the five bedrooms. Our was very large, with a separate sitting room and access to the cloister overlooking the lovely garden.

This is a wonderful hotel, fantastic location & facilities. Staff are amazing, we really enjoyed staying there, highly recommended. Food was excellent !!

What a find! The reviews said that some rooms were a bit tired and the food is good with generous portions. So I thought I’d take a chance. It was good value especially compared to accommodation in Spain, where I had just been. The room was excellent - one of the largest rooms that I’ve stayed in. Clean room. Great staff and hotel was great.

Friendly exceptionally clean hotel with wonderful menu for dinner. Good wine list at friendly prices. The bed was a medical grade mattress which was a bit too firm for us. All in all a wonderful place to stay not far from Portugal Spanish border. Listing did not say that whilst it was off a listed road it was not now the main road so was quiet.Hotel refurbished a year or so ago and is popular with locals always a good sign
