"Die Zimmer sind riesig, mit gut ausgestatteter Küche, das Personal freundlich und hilfbereit (für uns wurde mehrfach die Tischtennisplatte im Mehrzweckraum aufgebaut - Danke dafür!) Was etwas schlecht ist, dass der Weg zum beheizten AUßenpool eher einer Wanderung entspricht, wenn man im Trakt A untergekommen ist. Außerdem fanden wir die Buffetangebote an Ostern so überteuert, dass wir dann eben außwärts Essen gegangen sind."

"This is a great property and we enjoyed our 2 weeks there. The front desk staff were exceptionally responsive to all our requests on WhatsApp. Helped book golf. On site restaurant Il Vero very nice. Golf 2 minutes away. Instructions to run the various appliances would be helpful as they were all in Portuguese. Maybe consider a few BBQs for guests to use. "

"Excellent Hotel with amazing staff, cannot fault them, but they do have an issue with meals for anyone outside of a large & planned group. If you don't mind simple food laden with cheese, then the Pool Bar is fine. If you want something before 8.30pm, then you have to go outside the Hotel. After 8.30pm, you can choose from the a la carte menu, which is exceptional. Anything in between, they cannot cater to you. Again, though, the staff is superb, first class. They will try to accommodate...

"Kitchen not well equipped for cooking, just warming up or cooking eggs, very few utensils and no oven. Cleaning staff friendly but not English speaking. Although Expedia stated that a hair drier available on request, we requested one and were told by the reception person that it was not available! Really disappointing, but parking very easy and location ok to walk to oldtown/ center town, although not always through sidewalks, watch the traffic and walk fast. "

"One of the best hotel stays we've ever had. Fabulous setting, glorious views, wonderful facilities, helpful staff. The works! Lots to see and do, but really the trick is it's OK to do nothing and just breathe. We're already planning a return trip. Honestly...look at the pictures and just go!"

"Great place for a family - beach within a short walking distance, several pools and a playground to keep kids entertained. Staff are lovely, we had a great stay, our second time there. Took a couple of days and a few requests to get a highchair though and never received coffee pods for the machine despite asking a few times. We also didn’t have any washing up soap or detergent for washing machine which we had last time, but perhaps amenities have changed. Really nice resort and staff, we would...

"On est plus sur une pension de famille que sur un hôtel 4 étoiles. Le bâtiment mériterait un coup de neuf et ce serait bien de pouvoir obtenir un sèche cheveux. Concernant la propreté, dans l'ensemble ça allait mais nous avons trouvé des poils dans la baignoire à notre arrivée en plus de marques de rouille."
