"LATE CHECK-IN BEWARE. If you don’t plan to arrive until late, be aware that it will be extremely hard to get ahold of someone if there is a problem getting your key from the lockbox. They have a 24/7 support line, but someone doesn’t always answer it. I completed the check-in days before my arrival and received my code. When I arrived, the code worked, but someone did not put the keys in the right place so I could not get access to my apartment. I had to wait outside for an hour and a half at...

"Property is basic. Great response and reception from staff who explained everything."

"The staff were very helpful and friendly."

"Absolutely Horrible Experience – Dirty, Unsafe and Zero Customer Service! Our experience at SwissStar Irchel was absolutely horrible, with serious safety hazards in the room. Room 404 was extremely cramped and could not accommodate 3 people. Dangerously sharp furniture and fixtures around the bed. Even more disturbing, extremely sharp hooks directly above the headboard, right where someone could easily hit their head. It is completely unacceptable for sharp metal fixtures to be positioned...

"Clean 2 bedroom, 1 bath with kitchen apartment. Very close to the tram & bus station where you can catch no. 9 tram going to Old Town Zurich and no. 14 tram going Zurich HB where you can catch trams to Luzern, Bern, Interlaken and other cities. COOP grocery store is walking distance. There are restaurants and a pizzeria nearby. Laundry in the basement is very convenient if you are staying longer. I’ll stay again."

"Habitación tipo estudio, pequeña en verano muchísima calor! Atención al cliente muy amable y siempre dispuestos a ayudar."

"The apartment is clean, quite big with 2 Bedrooms and bathrooms and suitable for a group of four. Location near to train station only need to walk about 8 minutes if you bring suitcase. The check in time too strict and we cannot request early check in but overall we satisfied with the apartment. "

"Great stay - super convenient location. Trams run frequently within a few minutes walk and the train station is an easy 10 minute walk away. Coop has locations in either direction for easy groceries. Housekeeping was frequent and effective, all the staff we interacted with were very friendly. Our only downsides was the dryer did not fully dry clothes we needed to air dry clothes the rest of the way. Additionally the AC is more of a fan which was fine for us with cooler temperatures but would...
