"OK, very disappointed! The whole hotel lobby, hallways & our room all smelled very bad. We considered changing hotels. Over a day or so you get used to the smell. No phone in rooms so for issues you have to go down stairs & talk to the staff. There is NO AIR CONDITIONING. You have to leave the windows open & very noisy until 1 or 2 AM from bars/restaurants below. We only stayed from Monday through Thursday. I am sure that Friday & Saturday were worse. "If you want a cheaper option, book this place. It may not have a front desk, but everywhere else is so expensive in London and this was perfect for my husband and I for the price. It’s not far from the tube which is super easy to use to get around the city. It was clean, had a small kitchen, all the amenities worked and the bathroom worked great. It wasn’t loud at night.
