Attractive, quiet, well-managed accommodation. Much better value than a hotel, given kitchen facilities, washer/dryer, more space. Staff were exceptionally helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Plenty of space and close to lots to see.

Nice quiet aparthotel, with all the bells and whistles. Washer/dryer, automatic blackout curtains, close enough to walk to the Thames, Covent Garden, the Theatres, etc.. Ayaan at the front desk was very helpful with any questions we had, and made us feel welcome.

Property was nice and modern. Staff very friendly. Can walk to most things but it is in a quiet business district area. No air conditioner so made the room hot as we stayed in summer. Over all would recommend.

Marina at the front desk was exceptionally welcoming and attentive. She even asked about any limitations for emergencies before I mentioned my recent surgery, and created a personal evacuation plan for me — something no other hotel has ever done. All staff were polite, caring, and quick to respond to any questions. The neighborhood felt very safe, and the apartment had modern décor, beautiful artwork, high-tech lighting, floor heating, and a very useful washing-dryer. The only drawback was that my room wasn’t soundproof due to the building’s historical windows, so outside noise was noticeable. However, my brother’s room did have soundproofed windows.

Good location but hot rooms

The location is very good, very nice and helpful staff, and the condition is well maintained generally. The concern is lack of air conditioning. The room was very hot. You need to be sure they turn off under floor heating and ask for portable aircon unit. Otherwise even with a window it’s very hot.

We stayed at this hotel during our trip to London with our baby, and it was a great experience. The hotel was extremely clean — one of the cleanest I’ve ever been to in London. The staff were kind, helpful, and truly fantastic throughout our stay. The area around the hotel was quiet and peaceful, which was perfect for us as a family. It’s also close to both bus stops and the underground, making it easy to get around the city. Our room was spotless and comfortable, and we felt very welcome traveling with a baby. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

Lovely staff, clean and well equipped. It really is an apartment. Cutest little dishwasher. Far enough out that it very quiet. But pretty quick walk into most places. We walked down to the embankment, down to Westminster then back via Trafalgar Square then Covent Garden.

Exactly as pictured. Several groceries and restaurants near by. About a 20 min walk to Oxford and Regent street. About 25 min to Leicester Square and the West End. Room well appointed, hotel was quiet.

Pros: convenient location, very nice and friendly staff. Cons: there was no blackout curtain in the living room and office windows are like 5 feet away looking directly across and in. No privacy when in that living area wasnt my favorite.

The place is close to a sainsbury and also the Chancery and Holborn tube stations. We liked the location a lot. The amenities of the hotel were great and we used the laundry machine which did a great job. The only negative thing was the bathroom door is a pocket door and not soundproof at all so you could hear everything when someone was in there. If alone 10/10, if with a friend 7/10.

The Chronicle Apartment hotel. We stayed there for 5 nights Quiet location and cleverly designed studio apartment , clean, well-furnished, and comfortable. During summer there’s no AC, only two fans. but the night front desk staff who checked us in when we arrived was kind enough to provide us with a portable AC unit, which made a big difference. Service, however, was disappointing. The hotel Apartment stated that trash is collected daily from 2-4PM but in 5 nights no one once came. Even when left outside at the hallway on the 3rd days it wasn’t picked up. When I asked the daytime staff, I was told to take it myself to the back alley garbage area filty and full of flies which felt unprofessional for a hotel apartment. Overall, a good stay for the location and design, but service and housekeeping definitely need improvement. The Indian guy on duty is rude, unprofessional and unfriendly.

HOT, HOT, HOT. Swelteringly HOT. This building stayed 10-15 (F) degrees over the outside temp. The building is HOT, the rooms are HOT. Windows barely open. Room itself was fine, calling it an apartment is a bit of stretch. Desk would be difficult to use comfortably. Furniture is not suitable for long-term stay, very flimsy. Bed was comfortable. Full kitchen and in-room washer/dryer in unit are nice. Bathroom was good, walk-in shower.

It was meticulously maintained. No any duct in the room. I saw the cleaning lady actually wiping the ceiling fan blade next door. Kitchen has all utilities. washer/dryer is helpful. Only the first night I heard next door people talking and made other noises, maybe they were moving out. It was very quiet at night afterwards.
