"Excellent hotel"

"The room was very clean and everything stocked up well - thanks its lovely to be able to make coffee in your room. As a personal point of view it would be nice to be able to make two coffees per day rather than one - so four sachets rather than two. All staff were excellent and most helpful. Was most impressed with the room service, only took 15 minutes to reach my room. Check-in was quick and check-out very very quick. Breakfast was great - good variety of food and very relaxed - didn't feel pressured in any sense to leave my table and so was able to enjoy a second flat white - very important to me in the mornings. Thank you - would recommend the hotel to anyone."

"Lobby was beautiful and staff very accommodating. Rooms were a tad small, but not unusual in Europe. Location was perfect. Close to Trafalgar and Thames as well as Tube stations. Overall, great stay."

"Amazing reception hall. Beautiful hotel and room. Paid for updgrade for room and complimentary mini bar but the fridge was empty asid from 2 Budweisers and a pre canned Jack and Coke. That was not worth "

"Really liked the pods, room was small not much area for your things but amazing that each of the 4 of us had our own little sleeping area. "

"Perfect stay as always. The room was clean and very spacious. The hotel is very central and close to everything. Check-in was lovely, Roshan was so friendly and made us feel so welcome. He made a great start to our holiday. Highly recommend "
