"We loved everything about the hotel except for one thing, hence the reason for 4 stars instead of 5. We were in room 336 and below us, on the street level was an establishment that was very noisy every night, starting around 9pm and lasting until 3am. There was very loud music and people shouting and laughing on the sidewalk and in the street near the place...I assume until closing time. I tried earplugs, but they didn't cut out the noice. I had to use noise cancelling headphones and play something calm & quiet to drown out the noise EVERY night (Thursday through Sunday). We would have asked for a different room, but had gotten settled in this room and just weren't into getting re-settled. The hotel was exceptional in every other way, and I would stay again, though would ask for a different location next time. The staff were super friendly and helpful during every encounter. The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfasts were great."
