"Clean room, easy parking, lovely staff and tasty food."

"This property is convenient for Warwick and has a large car park. However the room was very basic - uncomfortable beds and outdated pine furniture, a cracked and peeling lampshade and tiny TV. The main problem for us was the road noise. It is right next to a busy and fast road and the noise in the room was just terrible. We were booked for 2 nights but left after the first one as we practically didn't sleep. The staff/owners of the property were just LOVELY and couldn't have been more helpful....

"Love the room, clean, all the necessary facilities, quiet. Food was great, breakfast freshly cooked and included in the room cost. What’s not to like. Staff also very friendly, helpful and and attentive."

"Bed was comfortable and parking was just across the street. Would not stay in the summer as it would be noisy. Shower was good but could do with a good clean as lots of mould on the grouting"
