"This is a new, very clean property about a 25 minute walk, or one U-Bahn stop, from the Munich Messe. Very comfortable, and inexpensive compared to other options available. My problem was that any messages I tried to get to the management went unanswered, which disappointed me. This is a residential and light commercial area, the number of restaurants is limited, but all the rooms have kitchens, so I would recommend you eat breakfast in your room and have dinner wherever you are before...

On Expedia, the place looked very clean and well kept but when we got there, our room was incredibly small for two people (we didn’t have room to place our suitcases). Additionally, everything in the room is incredibly old and smelled like mildew. "
