"The apartment was clean and the amenities were great. However, there is no air conditioning. We were lucky that we stayed in mid May because the nights were cool and we could open the door and cool the room down. If we had been there during the summer months, it would’ve been miserable without air conditioning. "Picture online of the amenities were a bit deceiving. Perhaps I read into it incorrectly . I thought laundry was in suite. It was shared laundry you had to pay for in the basement. Laundry app gave me issues and dryer didn’t dry the clothes. Stayed here specifically for laundry. Staff is extremely friendly here. Property is nice and clean . Breakfasts were great . "The room was clean, although there was food residue on an eating utensil. Although I wash everything before use, I found it somewhat disturbing. Having a small broom and dustpan handy would help in keeping the floor clean between the somewhat infrequent housekeeping by staff. Overall, a good option for those who will have a prolonged stay ln Munich. Good public transportation options and fairly easy access to a beautiful city!"
