The receptionists, not so professional and make you feel you’re getting a favour. Unfortunately I had a terrible smell in my particular room; I was informed my room hadn’t been occupied in a while. So I suspect it’s not a general problem. "

"The workers, they were very nice . Especially Helen. She is a very good person and works well. The kitchen staffs were nice, especially Emmanuel. He is very polite with good costumer service. The food was good also.One thing I didn’t like with windy bay guest house is the water system, I had to call for the flowing water every day,but overall I enjoyed staying at windy bay guest house."

"Excellent location 12mins from the local shopping Mall. You are able to use the washing machine & cook in the Kitchen. Staff are friendly but need to be a little bit more professional at times."
