"It was as advertised a basic clean roon with en suite. 2 minor issues said £50 for the night yet was charged £57? Also tv in totally wrong position - needs to be facing the bed. Overall ir was as stated, friendly owner, prompt with keys. Clean room nice shower. I would def stay again"

"A lovely little find, The Percy Arms is in the beautiful village of Chilworth. There are plenty of walks around the village. We walked up St Martha’s hill to St Martha’s church which has fabulous views over the North Downs. Chilworth Manor winery is on the doorstep. If you wanted to leave your car and travel further a field there is a train station across the road from the Percy Arms. "Exceeded my expectations, beautiful house and room (Harry) clean, bright, and spacious with very pretty furniture. The bed was super comfortable, slept wonderfully. The street is busy, with cars and people using it all night, nothing loud, just enough background noise to put you to sleep. "Clean, equipped with everything you need for a short stay and everything worked. However, it was noisy, at least the room faced towards the busy street. You could hear every single car through the closed window, someone's car alarm sounded in the middle of the night. Next time the house undergoes a refurbishment they ought to put another layer of windows at this room. "

"I only stayed one night here on my way back to the states but it was lovely. The little canal out back was beautiful. The room was spacious with a huge bathtub. Checking in was a breeze and we were even given a small breakfast in our room for the morning (cereal, a croissant, tea).
