"No AC and apartment is so hot!!! Long hallways to get to your apartment with no AC. Small elevator. Horrible customer service, no bathroom for guests if your room isn’t ready they tell you to go to Starbucks. Not customer friendly."

"Rooms do not have AC instead you are given a fan , which isn't sufficient when it's 31 degrees outside. Water pressure was low in our room so we could not shower until after 2pm despite reporting the issue at 10am. The room we were given was on the ground floor and did not have an outdoor area therefore we were unable to use this to dry our clothes outside in the warm weather. The photos of the rooms make it look like every room as some outdoor space. Washer dryer supplied was not good quality,...

"The room wasn’t ready when we got there & we had to wait until 4pm, we had to get changed in the toilets as we had to leave for an event. We were offered free drinks as an apology but didn’t get a chance to use them as we were only there for one night & was late back from the concert.
