"It was unfortunately very average. I only stayed here 6 months ago and I feel my stay this time wasn’t as good. The staff were not very friendly. The room was very tired. On a positive note the breakfast has a good range of food and the lobby of the hotel is relaxing."

"Needed a room at short notice as flight was cancelled. Didn't get to experience breakfast etc as checked out early, but beds were comfortable and room clean. Special shout out to Matt on reception/night duty. Super helpful and just the kind of friendly face we needed after spending 12 hours in Gatwick."

"This was a first visit to property and we were very satisfied with all aspects of the Marina village. Although arrived early we were allowed access to room straight away, at that time of day parking was very good. Had lunch in bar/restaurant, choices on menu very good. "We only stayed for one night before an early morning flight from Stansted, but we were pleased with our stay. It was good value for money, the bed was comfortable, and we had a good night’s sleep — albeit a short one due to our early flight! The hotel was only around a 15-minute drive from the terminal, which made it really convenient for an early departure. There’s also a large car park at the back, which was really handy.
