"We checked in late night, sadly they have no room for the type of room that I have paid. I paid for executive room and the manager said that they are overbooked hence, can only give me a standard room (thats the only room left for that day). Helllowww, I have prepaid all my rooms and yet the hotel gave my room to someone who paid even lesser than me. "This is a property that has a lot going for it. Great location, good amenities, and clean space. However, it suffers from two big flaws. First, the staff will not vary from their rules to accomodate. When we arrived they had rooms available but refused to release the room until 2:30 or so. The walls are very thin and sound travels. Otherwise nice place."

"I really enjoyed my stay at Locke at Broken Wharf. The staff is great, there is a coffee shop on site and lots of areas to just sit and relax. The apartment was lovely, comfortable bed, good wifi, great shower. The location cannot be beat, steps from the Millennium Bridge and Saint Paul’s. Great transportation connections being near a Tube station and lots of bus routes. The only downside to my stay was noise from cars racing on the road seem to funnel down and was quite loud with the windows...
