"The Locke hotels are always very beautifully designed and the rooms are very nice. The rooms are large, fully equipped kitchen and nice layout. We had some trouble with the A/C, but was immediately taken care of by the staff, who are very friendly. The only minimal drawback is that we stayed for 6 nights and had programmed housekeeping for the third night, but they never came. "The hotel and the staff were great. The only advise I would give staff is that when people check in to just inform them of how the lifts work (as you need to use your room card key to work them) and how to switch the air con on in the room (took us an hour to suss out we had to press a button on the top of the panel to turn it on). Other than this it was a lovely stay over and it was very comfortable! Thank you "

My room was large with a huge window seat where I could relax, get work done or just read a book while enjoying the view. "This hotel was amazing for convenience to King’s Cross. However, my husband is 6ft 3 and we were given a basement room. He couldn’t use the shower as it was as small as a cupboard and the shower head reached his shoulders. He could also barely get into the toilet as it was so narrow. We found this very difficult and we could also feel the trains travelling below us. Overall, although it was clean and tidy and super accessible to King’s Cross I would not visit again unfortunately"
