"A lovely place to stay, the breakfast was very nice as well."

"Booked for long weekend with family. Check in was at 3pm but had to wait 2.5 for rooms to be cleaned and got access to rooms at 5:30pm. No drinks from bar no compensation offered (complained and got it later), staff were very unhelpful. Delay completely ruined break. They offered a late checkout next day as compensation so we thought we would use the pool to find that children are not allowed in the pool until late afternoon to allow club members to use the pool, awesome. "Lovely location. Appears to be lovely hotel set up. TERRIBLE customer service and staff. Drove 5 hours here after a paid for booking and recited email. Hotel had the confirmation and had double booked but decided to not call me but instead tell me on the evening of arrival. They said their manager would call me the next day to rectify the refund. One girl was helpful finding me a hotel twice the price 20 minutes away. The other guy working there, had a 'tough luck attitude.' I had to call a week...

"There is no designated car parking, although there is a Council based car park behind the hotel, with a fee payable to the relevant authority. Breakfast was very good, with a wide variety of tasty morsels supplied. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the bearded guy on the evening shift, he seemed to be check in, come chef, come waiter role, top marks to him.
