We had an amazing stay! Beautiful hotel in a quiet location walkable to most major attractions and close to the subway. Rooms were stylish, comfortable and quiet. Staff was friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent location in the centre of London with easy access to transport but just off the main roads so a relaxed, quiet atmosphere. The building is fairly new with all modern amenities and the decor very tasteful. But what makes this hotel stand out, is the friendliness and professionalism of the staff, Every member of staff we encountered, without exception,treated us as if we were not just valued guests, but actual royalty!

This hotel was a real find. It was beautifully appointed, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was absolutely spotless and well-stocked. The service at the hotel was excellent, and our room was immaculate and cleaned daily. The hotel staff also went the extra mile for the children, with thoughtful touches like activity books and extra snacks, which they really enjoyed. All of the staff we encountered were courteous and very helpful. The location is unbeatable, with easy access to multiple Tube stations and within walking distance of many major sights, Overall, we had a lovely stay and I would highly recommend this hotel to families and anyone looking for excellent service, a great location, and a comfortable stay in London.

This hotel was a dream! Great location, fairly distant from the main attractions but super quiet and safe for sure. The staff was 100% helpful fantastic warm and welcoming. Breakfast downstairs was great, much better than we even expected. Ate there every morning. The speakeasy bar downstairs was a fantastic discovery later in our stay, wish we’d found it earlier. High marks, highly recommended, would stay again for certain.
