"Had a lovely stay at the Vision apartment’s. Local area was lovely, lots of shops, restaurants and supermarkets. Nice pleasant and easy walk to city centre. I did not like how there was no person at the help-desk and the customer service was conducted strictly through emails with no phone number to call and they took hours to get us our entrance code while we waited in the cold."
