"The room was dusty ( can see dust on the wall and table top). Found 3 hairs on the pillow and asked the staff to change. Staffs were friendly and responded to it quite fast. "

There is an excellent spa and three very good restaurants. The staff provide a great level of service and go out of their way to make you feel special."

"Place of the hotel is quite strategy, however, the facility provided name was impressive, but quite a disappointment when u check it out. Viewing deck wasnt that stunning after all. Sound proof was bad, when i am in the room, the sound along the hallway was loud and even can hear noises from room nearby. Breakfast was simple and not impressive. "
