"The worst. Extreme noise after 2 am, loud bar bellow. No one on this property to stop a party at 4 am. No one will answer, when drugged punks harrass you, 15 members bike gang. Stay away when SW, unsafe! Very difficult to check in, wrong address given. No toilet paper. Holes in a walls. Windows do not close, street smog. Peeling moldy paint on ceilings, broken glass in showers, filthy towel everywhere. Do not walk bare foot. Stay away."

"The room was super warm and humid. The windows couldn't shut fully and had incects coming in. The opposite of the property have chickens and dogs that will make noise super early in the morning. "Excellent place to stay in KL: great view, superb amenities, central location, etc. We stayed at floor 109 and had excellent view of the city from the bedroom and bathroom. Got upgraded to corner king room which was very very spacious, with separate foyer, bathroom area, storage area had ironing board, safety box, dyson hair dryer. Enough space on the living room to do work from the desk, and do yoga while facing the sky high view of the city. Felt unreal when you first stepped into the room. Bathroom has super gorgeous and spacious bath tub with modern blind, lamp, water fountain etc, all facing the gigantic window. Park lounge has excellent breakfast. Service was great. Definitely a recommend, especially after the mall and MRT will be open next year"
