"This was an amazing experience for our family of 4. The traditional beds to 15 course sushi dinner to warm hospitality to hearty breakfast all exceeded my expectations. The host went out of his way to show us around to some beautiful night time photo spots after dinner and let us keep our luggage before and after check in/out times. Would recommmend to absolutely anyone except if you have mobility issues as the store to the main rooms were quite step."

The Japanese style keiseki breakfast and dinner were outstanding both in taste and general experience. Thoroughly recommend for those who want a true Ryokan experience. The private onsen was also outstanding to say the least."

"This is an old school honestly, but with nicely separated living spaces (shred bathrooms). Not squeaky clean, and a bit outdated…but human and not without charm. The owner is a super courteous dude. You may need a car as it is a few kilometers 40 minute walk from the train station. The payoff is the silence and chill vibes out here. I enjoyed my stay. "
