"Unfortunately, our stay fell short of expectations. On arrival, around half of the cutlery and crockery was missing, and what was provided was dirty and still covered in food. There was also no washing-up liquid or sponge available until we specifically asked for it. The room itself was uncomfortably hot to the extent that we had to turn the heating off and keep the windows open, despite it being winter. "This was a scam. No email was ever received from the property with check-in instructions and they never responded to messages or calls. We ended up having to book different hotels and am trying to get a refund from hotels.com"

"Prices were very low and safe. There is a fast food restaurant nearby, which is convenient. Note that there was shampoo and soap, but no amenities such as hairdryers or toothbrushes. No air-conditioning, which can be a bit painful in hot weather. Heat can easily build up. Also, note that this is an accommodation for international students who stay here for more than a few months, and it is rare to find a guest like me on Expedia who only stays for 3-4 days and uses it like a hotel.
