Large room with kitchenette ( fridge, microwave, two ring cooker, kettle, sink) En-suite bathroom with bath, power shower and W>C, towels supplied in room. Continental breakfast included in price. All this for just £31 per nightt highly recommended."

It was more complicated than expected, and I only found out at the last minute that I had to pay a deposit before I could receive the access code. This is something I've never experienced with a hotel before, so it was a bit frustrating. Once I was in, the stay itself was fine, but the check-in experience left a poor first impression."

"Oddly unwelcoming guest, mocked me for using Expedia upon entry to the property. Laughed about me essentially getting scammed for using Expedia and instructed me that I wouldn't be having breakfast instead of offering it to me. Tiny bathroom with a tiny shower. Instructed that you are forbidden from bringing food in to your room. Upstairs room had TV on full volume until 3am (it has been possible to restrict certain volume levels on TVs for over 20 years to prevent this issue). Poor parking at...

"The only issue we’ve experienced about our stay was the cleanliness issues. The whole place could do with a deep deep clean and small touch ups. I believe no matter how much money you pay, you should be able to stay in a clean environment. Apart from the cleanliness, our stay was great. The staff was great and helpful. Fridge was a fantastic bonus. We haven’t used other facilities like dining room etc but I know that was available. No safety on the windows, my son is 5 so he knew not to go near...
