"Had a great stay here. So much better than a standard hotel. Close to bus route, quiet area with green space behind. Equipped kitchen and laundry on site. Very fresh and clean. "

"Lightfoot house is a lovely compact 1 bedroom property. Very well decorated and very clean. Thank you for supplying all of the essentials needed for our trip. The location was very good, a 20 minute stroll along the canal gets you into the city centre. The suburb of Hoole is a short walk away also, with a good selection of pubs and restaurants. Parking is a great bonus with the car park behind the property. All in all, a very enjoyable short stay. We would definitely use again when we return to...

"Great property although an odd set out and you cannot park outside. You have to park at the back of the house where there is no access to the house and then have to walk all the way around. The property was lovely, very clean, beds comfy and lots of extras ypu may need such as coffee, sugar, cereals etc Greay stay i just thought access to enter the house was a bit strange. "A thoroughly lovely experience from start to finish. The property is a large Victorian house with lovely period features. All rooms are spacious and the kitchen is huge with every amenity needed. All bedrooms are en-suite large bedrooms.The host was very helpful and nothing too much trouble. New Brighton is a lovely family orientated seaside town. Had such an absolutely amazing break "

"There is no “front desk” just the property manager and they do not answer any calls from you or hotels.com. I had to call them constantly for twenty minutes just to get into the house because they didn’t send any email with information on how to do that. There was no hot water for showers and the bathroom upstairs leaked into the bottom room which my group stayed in.
