"The staff is polite but not friendly. The room was very very clean, the beds were comfortable. I wish the staff was more welcoming. The coffee shop is way too expensive, $11 for a smoothie, $9 for coffee. The restaurant was limited unless you got the buffet which was $89 apiece for dinner and about $40 for breakfast. We walked to other restaurants for our food. There is no microwave in the room either. It doesn’t feel like a resort. Just a hotel with one fancy shop in the lobby. "

"This hotel was in a good location and we were upgraded to an ocean view due to the inconvenience of work being done on the building. The room was clean and the housekeeping staff was very nice. The front desk staff were great."

"ラマダプラザ ウィンダム ワイキキに宿泊しました。滞在中は雨が続いていましたが、車寄せに屋根があるため、タクシーを呼んだ際もほとんど濡れずに乗り降りできたのがとても助かりました。 立地も良く、アラモアナセンターまで徒歩で行ける距離にあり、ホテル周辺にもABCストアやレストランが多く、食事やちょっとした買い物にも困りませんでした。 ホスピタリティや設備についても、いわゆる4つ星ホテルと比べても遜色ないと感じ、全体的にとても快適に過ごすことができました。 コストパフォーマンスも高く、安心しておすすめできるホテルです。"
