"This property is not as described on Expedia. The location of the unit backs on a busy road and the community garbage area is beside the parking spot and in front of the unit. The minimal seating in the patio was useless for a family of 6. The beach chairs were rusted and the umbrella was unusable. The presence of cockroaches in the kitchen was disgusting. This unit was a total disappointment for the price we paid. The grounds in the complex however are beautifully kept with exotic...

"Comfortable beds and overall nice. The bathroom door doesnt really shut easily and we couldn't access the washer and dryer because the door garage keypad didnt have up or down arrows like the instructions stated. We did find one cockriach under the kitchen sink but i think thats pretty common for the area. "

"A beautiful, well-equipped getaway in Waikoloa! 🌴 We had a wonderful stay at this Waikoloa Beach property. The condo is gorgeous and tastefully decorated, with comfortable couches that easily seated our group of six. It comes with a private garage stocked with beach supplies — kayaks, boogie boards, coolers, and beach chairs — which was such a nice perk. "Great value with this property. Plenty of room for four, good sized kitchen with all the needed appliances, fantastic outdoor eating space with a heat view of the beach park right across the street. Would definitely stay there again."

"The toilet would not work, took 2 days to get someone to fix it. There were dishes in the cupboard with food on them. At 5am there was a bum at the bus stop yelling. The bus stop was right outside our room. The website stated they have a hot tub but they do not. "

"Loved our stay at Kanaloa! Oh my that view is amazing! Enjoyed sitting on the lanai watching the people surf, kayak, paddle boarding, and birds singing. Very clean, spacious, well equipped unit. We would love to return to this place in the future. The family was so happy there! "
