"The location is fantastic and safe. Guard were friendly and helpful. The facilities and accessories are great and better than most of the homestays. Need to keep up with the maintenance jobs, though. Some areas cleanliness might not up to our expectations, but overall were great. Upstairs share bathroom doesn't have hot water systems, but the water temperature was not too cold. One of the rooms has no aircon, but that's perfect for a fan lover. Loved it to see they are not just providing...

"We checked-in in the evening around 8pm. Was appalled to see big group of people in the house having 1st Birthday Party celebration and was informed by host that the party will end at 12.30 am. Thereafter was brought to another room which was not what we have booked. Host gave crxp reason saying that it was to reduce noise level! The actual room we booked was just opposite ours (4 steps away) and later we found out that it was because the room was given to others. Very dishonest! We couldnt rest...

"매우 잘 관리된 아파트는 아니지만, 럭셔리한 고급콘도임에 분명합니다. 2주간 살다가 우리 집에 와보니, 그곳이 매우 깨끗하게 잘 관리되어지고, 수영장과 야경이 풍부했다는 것이 더욱 크게 느껴집니다. 청소나 도구가 부족해서 주인에게 연락을 취했더니, 고장난 것들과 필요한 물품을 바로 갖다주었으며, 불편사항을 충족시키기 위해 많이 노력했다는 것이 느껴졌습니다. 하버뷰라 밤마다 펼쳐치는 훌륭한 뷰가 가장 큰 장점입니다. 소파는 다소 살균이 필요합니다. 침대와 화장실이 방마다 한개씩 따로 있습니다. 청소가 필요하면 클리너를 50링깃에 따로 불러서 청소를 할 수 있습니다. 주인의 배려로 2주 묶고 레이트 체크아웃을 무료로 해주었습니다. 저렴한 숙박비덕에 짐을 두고 2회 2일씩 싱가포르 호텔에 묵었습니다. 편안하게 잘 지내다 올 수 있어서 다시 간다면 이 집에 묵고 싶습니다."
