"A fantastic place to stay in a very cool neighborhood. Close to the Gyoen National Garden too which we enjoyed. Close to some great food options as well, try the Waygu Samurai a few minutes away for an awesome culinary experience! The house manual was very helpful since the appliances were very foreign to us and we would have struggled trying to use them without help. The staff spoke English and we were able to converse easily even with my limited Japanese skills . My only slight complaint was...

"we stayed in the sea room with my wife and son. From what I see it's the one with the least amount of games, yet it was fantastic. we really loved the layout and the decor is perfect for a child. I can say with absolute certainty it was my son favorite hotel during our entire trip in Japan. he was delighted to sleep on a boat bed with Mr. Otopus and climbing up and down the boat chimney. "Longest stay of our trip. Room are self managed- they have a small kitchenette- good mattress but also modes in the bathroom for drying clothes and etc Washing machine not the best. The detergent is not strong enough and tumble dry same. I would recommend go to the 24/ laundromat down the road- 15 mins away"
