"We couldn't even check in: the automated system found our booking but said "Sorry your room isn't available". But we'd already paid + booked and gotten confirmation. It was about 10pm, and there was nobody at the property to talk to. Luckily a neighbor walking past knew the owner's phone number, and called him. He answered and was very friendly but said he wasn't nearby, and gave us the phone number of someone named "Jacqueline" who was supposed to be nearby and could help... but nobody answer...

"Great hotel, centrally situated, about 10 min walk from the train station and 1 min from the Zytglogge (famous clock)/ old town. Staff were very helpful, checked us in early at no extra charge. Can hold your luggage if needed and provide umbrellas if it’s raining. There’s a bar and a restaurant, but we didn’t get a chance to try them. Had an espresso machine and all the necessary amenities. Would love to stay here again!"

"Excellent hotel in a residential safe neighborhood. Very clean and spacious room and bathroom. Host is amazing and guided us for local information. Breakfast was great with fresh fruits included. Tram station next to it was convenient."

"The bathroom and everything else is one room. One pillow only not enough to sleep on. The restaurant food quality is not good. Only reason stayed in room I was tired from traveling and had no effort to change hotel. Also , you can hear next door room activity! Couldnt sleep well. In general i wont recommend for any body unless you have no other choice"
