"The location was great, walked, safety , it would have been nice the leave our stuff there early so we can explore the town. They were hesitant on getting back to us so we could leave our stuff there even though I know the room wasn’t ready. They could at least say yes leave your stuff there . We’ll put it to the room once it! Until further on they told us that which we lost half a day! I expect more Communication and understanding that people come for far away for them to act like this! "We arrived to a deserted resort-literally only one there. The outside was very unkept. My wife was literally shuffling through spider webs to get the key. Once you gain access it is quite pleasant, however definitely not secure. Especially if the only people staying there, it can be quite daunting.
