"Location and the High standard of the flat"

"Convenient location accessed from a non description door just down from Pizza express. Inside it's stark, light grey walls, no decoration, more prison-esque than relaxing retreat at the end of the day. Convenient for food and pubs and quiet it's in a good location. Clean inside, large bathroom with scalding hot water I reported as dangerously hot. There are better, nicer, and cheaper serviced apartments in Coventry city centre."

"The room was a good size with a decent size kitchenette. It was nice that washing up liquid, cloth and tea towel was provided. Bed was firm but comfortable. The main issue was the heat in the room, it was 29 degrees all night. To be fair we are having a very hot summer but it would be good to have a fan to use. "Had a couple of nights stay at the property for a social event in Derby. Check-in was very easy, as was communication with the host; the property benefits from private secure parking at the rear. Key collection is automated and went without a hitch. The property itself was well appointed with everything needed for a stay and benefits from a nearby shop plus a few pubs within a 5 minute walk.
