"We had a ground floor room which was close to kitchen and breakfast room which was noisy for the golfers who had requested earlier breakfast times. Staff convivial and friendly. Breakfast good and plenty of it - Lincolnshire sausage excellent. Beware carparking access a little tricky to negotiate. Easy access to local shops and golf course! "

It had woodchip wallpaper on the ceiling which was peeling off. The bathroom. If u could call it a bathroom. (More like a cupboard. Was very cramped.it had a sliding door that at seen better days and was a waste of time. The breakfast was pretty much standard. Nothing special.
