"It is not easy to get in and out of the hotel by
uber or Bolt. In order to get to the hotel by Uber, we had to get an QR code for the driver to access the road to be in front of the hotel. Each QR code costs €2 and hotel guests have to pay for it. I requested the code via Expedia message which blacked my email address in the message and the hotel did not respond. I also reached out to the hotel by WhatsApp to get an QR code and I never received it. We ended up to lug our suitcases from the Bolt...
