The moment of the arrival. Lobby was super crowded. Bathrooms in the lobby were dirty, no toilet paper either only 1 stall had. If you’re going to advertise 5 star luxury it starts with cleanliness.
After finally checking in I had to walk through so many hallways , take elevators and stairs with barely any signs while also carrying 2 luggage’s to finally get to my room which I was so disappointed in because it looked nothing like the pictures. The room was on the 1st level with a horrible street view. It felt very dark. There was also mold smell in the room. I’ve never had to complain in any hotel but I immediately walked back to reception to complain, which was not a short walk by the way. there’s way too many buildings, doors and hallways to get around this hotel. The guy at that reception was nice to quickly change my room, but to only go across the hallway. The 2nd room was a little better but still felt dark and there’s a weird smell in this hotel. For the price they charge per night I do not consider this a 5 star hotel. Maybe a 3 star."
