"We had a lovely stay at Dream Chiado. Checking in process was quick and all communication was timely and helpful. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We were upgraded to a bigger suite which was a nice surprise and great way to end our Portugal vacation. The suite was modern with 3 separate balconies overlooking one of the many hilly thoroughfares which we loved. The bed linen was oh so crisp and comfortable."

They assisted with car rental, attractions, airport transfer etc. My room was an apartment.. i couldn't think of anything more one could ask. It had everything I needed except for a personal butler.lol loved being able to walk through the neighborhood which housed locals and loved having a short Uber to downtown."

Unfortunately the maids came in and changed the air conditioning up to a high number and we couldn't get it back down to a comfortable temperature after they changed it no matter what buttons we pressed. We also chose to park our car in the garage, and multiple times the gate would not open. Luckily our flight was delayed, but if the flight had been the original time we would've missed it! "Beautifully decorated, very clean room with a modern kitchen. The lobby is spacious and comfortable, with plenty of desks, tables, chairs, and a complimentary coffee machine. It’s also an easy walk to supermarkets, restaurants, and cafés. The only issue was the shower drain, which was extremely slow. We informed the front desk and they sent someone to check it, but unfortunately there was no improvement."
