"Disappointed that for what you pay and area that it’s in you don’t even get coffee in the room. Very poor "

"Room was clean with fresh sheets and towels. No cold water in bathroom tap and sink not great for teeth cleaning. Breakfast was not really worth what I paid for what I had but fair selection of food. Parking was limited but I found a space no problem. You may struggle with this at weekends or during holidays."

"Really pleased we stayed here, staff very friendly, hardly any noise (some loud cars at times during the night but wasn’t kept awake by any noise inside the hotel). Room had everything we needed for a short stay. A short walk from the train station. Would definitely stay here again. "

"My daughter, granddaughter and I had a 2-night break. Our room was a little small for 3 of us and it could have done with a set of drawers and more storage space for our cases. However, as my grandaughter stayed for free, it was excellent value. All the staff on reception, in the restaurant and our room attendant were lovely. The breakfast, which was included, was also excellent. If we return to Birmingham in the future, we would be very happy to stay again. Thank you"

"A very clean, modern and comfortable hotel. The best beds and pillows for the most luxurious comfort. A great bar and seating areas. We couldn't park in the hotel but could next door in the Q park without booking. "
